    WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO DEAL WITH THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURER?

    At an annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 15 percent over the last five years, the pharmaceutical market has been growing vastly. The Indian pharma companies manufacture and deliver quality products at reasonable prices, following the right protocols and standards. Here are the necessary documents that you need to acquire to start with the manufacturing process
    • Agreement for Manufacturing
    • Profile of the Company including the – Name, and address Of all directors, Stating telephone number both official and residential Partners or Proprietor)
    • Certificate for Non-Resemblance
    • An attested copy of the Drug Licenses is needed to be submitted
    • Attested a copy of GST Registration Certificates.
    • PAN card, Aaddhar Card, GST Registration
    • An attested copy of the Drug Licenses is needed to be submitted.
    • For Limited companies, copy of a Resolution for Authorised Signatory.
    • Partnership deed of the Partnership firm.

    PROCESS OF THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURING

    Select Products and Know the Prices

    The first step to starting third-party manufacturing involves the selection of the products that you want to get manufactured under your brand name. You need to search and shortlist some companies and send them an email or call to know about the quotation for the selected products.

    Deciding the Order Quantity

    The next step involves finalizing the order quantity and the product composition in a systematic manner once you have selected the third-party manufacturing company for your brand. State the order quantities and the product composition keeping in mind the minimum quantity limit stated by the manufacturing pharma firm. For eg: The minimum order quantity for syrups can be 500 units or so.

    Stating the Quotation

    The quotation will be stated as soon as the order quantity and the composition of the product are decided. This will include the total cost, including: - Product Cost - Packaging cost - Securities ( in case of the small batch) - And other miscellaneous costs. .

    Raise the Order

    Once the order quantity, product composition, and quotation are finalized, you would need to raise the order to the selected manufacturer and request it to confirm the total products at the same time. Once you receive the product confirmation with the cost, make a partial advance to initiate the process.

    Fulfill the Formalities

    Once you have made the partial payment, make sure you complete other registration formalities as asked by the manufacturer. .

    Submit Necessary Documents

    There are some basic documents that you need to acquire through the process. These include drug license, GST number, Non- resemblance certificate, Aadhar card, PAN card, Sales Tax certificates, and more.
